After many months of dedicated hard work, 59 teams from all around Turkey gathered at the Santral Campus of Bilgi University to show their splendid skills before an arbitral tribunal last weekend, on the 27th and 28th of April, 2019.
The Competition started with an opening event at the Sea Museum located in Beşiktaş, Istanbul. After the general rounds, the top 8 were announced for the final rounds and eventually Istanbul Şehir University came 1st runner up, Marmara University came 2nd runner up and Ihsan Doğrumacı Bilkent University came 3rd runner up.
A panel also took place at the GTAY where participants asked and Mr. Prof. Ziya Akıncı, Ms. Assoc. Prof. Cemile Demir Gökyayla and Mr. Dr. İsmail Esin anwered. This panel was moderated by Ms. Dr. Candan Yasan Tepetaş.
At the award ceremony, as the committee member of GTAY, Mr. Mehmet M. Gençoğlu presented the president of the Union of Turkish Bar Associations Mr. Prof. Metin Feyzioğlu his plaque of appreciation.
